A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

On October 19, 2017, around 16:30 on October 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-to-land car without obtaining a driver’s license from a new industrial tower in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do to a shooting distance of Ulsan-gu, U.S. to a private road.
