Around May 29, 2010, the Defendant recommended the victim E to subscribe to “29 days’s term “D” organized by himself/herself, stating, “A shall pay a maximum of KRW 1,00,000,000,000,000,000 plus interest, after receiving the time limit money.” However, the Defendant had been unable to pay a maximum of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00 won.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 19.2 million from May 29, 2012 to from the victim from May 29, 2012, and received a total of KRW 10,560,000,000 from the victims under the same veterinary method as indicated in attached Table 1 of Crimes List I.
