A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a door-to-face of a victim E-car parked in the parking lot of the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City) on December 13, 2016; (b) stolen cash of KRW 380,000 in the above vehicle receipt column from that time to January 8, 2017 in the same manner; and (c) stolen property worth KRW 6,638,500 in total six times, as shown in the annexed crime list, in the same manner.

around 02:44 on December 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a door that was parked in the Hamb Stack-gu F Stack-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Fudio on the front city, and subsequently stolen the property owned by another person from around 17:00 on October 30, 2015 to around 04:00 on March 13, 2016, with a cash of KRW 192,00 in cash located on the right side of the driver’s seat; and (b) stolen the property owned by another person over 13 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes.
