A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

1. The Defendant was merely in need of money to use for the Internet private sports discussions, and even if he received money from the victim C, he did not have any intent or ability to sell the Montreal capital, and did not have any specific occupation, and even if he borrowed money from the damaged party due to no property, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the money.

The victim made it difficult to sell coophones, and made a false statement to the effect that he/she would not sell coophones, and that he/she would send emongs if he/she would send money by making himself/herself believe, and by making another contact with him/her.

Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant”) began to receive 83,000 won from the national bank account under Defendant’s name at around 10:39 on the same day by deceiving the victim as above and deceiving the victim, and thereafter from around that time the same year.

9. By the end of 25.2, a total of 46,987,80 won was remitted throughout 223 times as shown in the annexed list of crimes (1) from the date of the transfer to the end of 225.
