If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2012, at around 11:55, the Defendant destroyed 82,500 won at the market price of the two banners, which were owned by the injured talent education corporation, which was suffering from the national flag training in front of the 55-5 talented class of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
