Punishment of the crime

The defendant, a person operating a packing horse, who intends to build, rebuild, alter or remove structures, things or other facilities, or occupy and use roads for other purposes, in a zone of a road, shall obtain permission from the road management agency.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission to occupy and use a road, from September 2013 to December 05:00, 2013, the Defendant occupied and used a road without permission by carrying out the business of installing a packing horse on the road near the Maritime Tracton hotel located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, by using B Poter Cargo Vehicles on the road, and selling alcohol, worn, etc.
