Although the amount of Frights tobacco that can be loaded on a container of 40 ft HC is stated to be 70,000 lux, this merely purports that 50 luxs of Frights tobacco may load 14,000 boxes on the container of the above specifications, and it does not indicate the number of boxes that can be loaded on the basis of two boxes containing 50 luxs of Frights tobacco.

④ According to the mobile X-RAY image of the instant tobacco taken up immediately before the release of the container from the I (State), it is recognized that the instant container does not seem to have an object of the roll-shaped, such as a boom, and only the winners are loaded on the container. However, it is difficult to accurately understand the number of boxes loaded on the container due to the large number of images.

⑤ On November 6, 2020, Defendant A’s defense counsel’s defense counsel’s defense counsel’s opinion submitted to this court on November 6, 2020 that “100 boxes used in the transportation from Malaysia to Busan are calculated as 608 boxes, so it is impossible to load 70,000 tons of tobacco as stated in the response to the request for cooperation in investigation data by the Busan Customs Office if 100 boxes are loaded only on a container with 40 cl.m* 55cm* high 31cm).
