【Criminal Facts】

On April 20, 2020, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven a Bsch Rexroth ES300h car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.098% on the road near the 22km-dong of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as the Olympic Games located in Yangcheon-dong.
