Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. The Defendants related to the public offering leased 302 in common name of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu I building, and Defendant B, as the representative of the J (hereinafter “J”) under the name of “C” (hereinafter “K”) to take charge of the overall duties, and Defendant A, as the representative of the Plaintiff, to recruit investors in the name of the fraternity and to prepare books and manage funds, respectively. Upon paying the amount to investors, the Defendants will pay 200,000 won the above amount to 120% of the investment amount paid by the said investors to 4 weeks of profit by making the 30% of the above amount to 10-25% of the investment amount paid by the said investors and to recommend other investors, and if the recommending persons are 4 to 5, the team leader’s allowance will be paid to the head of the team during one month.
(2) After attracting investors, each investor's investment amount may be increased in succession, and the return may be suspended and the new circular system shall begin, provided that each investor's investment amount shall not be circulated at a certain point, and the return may be paid up to the previous return.
