1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A: 500,000,000 won and 202,349,989 won among them, from November 28, 1994; 297,650 won.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation prior to the amendment: the Korea Technology Finance Corporation) agreed with C to guarantee the obligation to repay the principal and interest of loan to be borne by C by receiving a loan from the Busan Bank and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, and entered into a credit guarantee agreement on each of the bills listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (A) in the separate sheet No. 1 (B). The Busan Bank and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation received a endorsement and transfer of each promissory note listed in the separate sheet No. 2 in the separate sheet No. 1 (b) in order to guarantee the obligation for the loan at the time of granting each loan listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (b). The Busan Bank received each of the bills listed in the separate sheet No. 1 through No. 8, and the Han Bank received a endorsement and transfer of each bill listed in the separate sheet No. 9
B. The Korea Technology Finance Corporation, in accordance with the above credit guarantee agreement, subrogated to the obligations of loans to the Busan Bank and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation as shown in attached Table 1 (d).
C. The Korea Technology Finance Corporation filed a lawsuit against the Defendants, C, D, E, F, land iron, G, and H as Busan District Court 2006Kadan25512. On November 9, 2006, the said court rendered a judgment with the following contents, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 3, 2007.

A. The amount of money calculated by the ratio of 17% per annum from November 28, 1994 to December 20, 1994 for the amount of KRW 893,105,349 as well as KRW 358,580,702 as well as the amount of money for KRW 527,460,122 from November 28, 1994; and
B. Of the above 893,105,349 won, (1) for Defendant E 85,00,000 won and for Defendant E 51,000,000 won among them, from August 13, 1994; (34,000,000 won from August 25, 1994; and (2) for Defendant Jinjin Steel Co., Ltd, from August 15, 1994 for KRW 159,00,000 among them, and for KRW 50,00,000 among them, from October 15, 1994 for KRW 58,20,000,000, it shall be jointly incorporated for Defendant Jin Steel Co., Ltd., Ltd., from October 22, 1994 to 50,80,000 won, from October 31, 1994 to 50,80,000 won; and
