A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2017, the Defendant came to know of the Victim C (A, 11 years of age) through the “Monphone-sharing Track B”, and the Defendant came to know of the Victim D (A, 11 years of age) through the introduction of the Victim C.

The Defendant had induced the victims, who were elementary school students, who did not properly form sexual identity and variable ability due to their age in the state of E dialogue and maintaining their friendship, to make a decent act after inducing them to offer money.

1. After the Defendant became aware of the victim C as above, the Defendant sent C a message that “Isn’t talk defect” was “Isn’t talk.”

C sent a message to the same effect continuously even if it was refused by the injured Party C, and sent a message to the effect that “hing and playing money for one hour.”

Accordingly, the defendant induced victims for the purpose of indecent act.

2.
