Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, at around 21:20, the Defendant driven a section of about 500 meters from around 0.062% of alcohol content in blood while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.062% in front of the same Gu Do Do Do Do Do Do dong, Daegu-dong, Amyang-dong, Daegu-dong, Amyang-dong.
