On April 17, 2018, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office, performed an act of brokerage in order to enter into a contract for trading KRW 50,40,000,000,000 owned by D at an attorney-at-law C law office located in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, and received 600,000,000 won from E as an account on the same day.

The defendant is running real estate brokerage business without registration of such brokerage business.
