Facts of recognition

Until the merger of Han Bank Co., Ltd. 2 on August 4, 2015, 1 Korea Development Bank (won) 58,166,947: Before the merger of Han Bank Co., Ltd. on August 4, 2015: “ Han Bank” (hereinafter referred to as “ Han Bank”) 67,118,923 on August 28, 2015 hereinafter referred to as “ Han Bank 3 Korea Co., Ltd. 246,50,000 on September 1, 2015 hereinafter referred to as “Korea Skdrid Bank” (hereinafter referred to as “Skdrid Bank”) 1,324,2195 May 11, 2015, 324, 2195, hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Bank 205,540,505,508,505,505,508,505,540,505,5000,5,5000,5,000

A. The deceased I (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on December 1, 2014, and around the time of death, each of the following deposit claims against the Defendants were owned by the Defendants.

B. The deceased’s bereaved family members were brothers and sisters J, Plaintiffs A, B, C, D, and the deceased’s children on August 24, 1997, who died on August 24, 1997, including the Plaintiff E, F, G, and H.

[Ground of recognition] Defendant Korea Development Bank, Han Bank, Korea Bank, Scepad Bank, Hancheon Savings Bank, Hancheon Savings Bank, and Dongcheon Agricultural Cooperatives: there is no dispute over the facts, Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 3, 6 (including branch numbers, if any), Eul evidence No. 2, 3, Eul evidence No. 1, Eul evidence No. 1, Eul evidence No. 1, and the purport of the whole pleadings against the defendant New Korea Development Bank: Judgment as to the cause of claim for confession (Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act), and claims such as deposit claims are divided into and succeeded to the co-inheritors in accordance with their legal shares at the time of commencement of inheritance. According to the above fact of recognition, each of the deposit claims against the Defendants of the deceased, at the same time as the deceased's death, were succeeded to by division in accordance with their respective legal shares of inheritance and succession to the plaintiffs who are co-inheritors.
