Punishment of the crime

On September 22, 2018, at around 22:55 on September 22, 2018, the Defendant was urged to return home from the police officer belonging to the D District Police Station of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station who was called up after receiving 112 a report, and took a bath to the above E without any justifiable reason, and pushed off E by his hand.
