Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2018, around 22:02, the Defendant: (a) reported a sales advertisement of Mepters (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) a local mental medicine drug published on the Internet at the Gongung-dong branch of a corporate bank located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, 147; and (b) purchased Melopon from Hopon to “C”, a mobile phone display case of SNS; (c) ordered a philopon to the seller; and (e) remitted the sum of KRW 1.4 million to the corporate bank account (E) in the name of D that the seller notified; (d) on the same day, around 23:00, the Defendant purchased Melopon from Hopon at the location front of the 4-dong branch in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

B. On March 13, 2018, the Defendant ordered 1,90,000 won in total with the 1,90,000 won in 1,00 won in 1,00 won in 3:30,000 won in 45,00 U.S.-gun, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Inc., and transferred 1,000 won in 1,000 won in 1,000 won in 23:30,000 won in 1,000 won in 1,000,000 won in 2,000,000 won in 2,000,000 won in 2,000 won in 1,000

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 14, 2018, the Defendant, at around 01:00, administered approximately 0.5g of philophones purchased as the Defendant’s house L, which is the head of Gyeonggi-si, with the foregoing “1-B” in subparagraph 207, by inserting approximately 0.5gg of philophones purchased as the “1-B” into a disposable injection machine, dilution with water, and then administering them in a way of injection into the bloodline of one’s own blaps.
