A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant traded, arranged for the purchase and sale of, and administered, the Metepha (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and MDMA ( inner name “Epopon”; hereinafter “Epopon”).

1. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) agreed to trade in C, D, and E 7 gramphones and 1270,000 won X-si; (b) received KRW 1 million from E to a new bank account (G) in the name of F used by the Defendant; and (c) received from C the transfer of KRW 270,000 from C to the said new bank account on the 13th of the same month.

Since then, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 7g of 1270,000 from a non-resident in Indonesia, the name of the Defendant purchased approximately 7g of philop and X-gu 10,000, and around September 17, 2016, the Defendant sent C 923 of the “H” hotel in Indonesia (H”), located in Indonesia, with 7 g of philop and 10 of the X-gu.

As a result, the Defendant arranged the purchase and sale of 10,00 won in the name, influor, C, D, and E and X-gu 10,000 won.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 17, 2016, the Defendant administered “I” club room in Indonesia, along with C, E, D, etc., a scopon’s non-sopon, by “fluor method (a method of putting the sopon into sopon and closing it)”.

B. On September 17, 2016, the Defendant administered the instant “I” club room with C, E, D, etc. in the same manner, along with the instant “I” club room.

On September 21, 2016, the Defendant administered the c, E, D, etc. of H H hotel 923 in the same manner as philophones.

On July 2017, the Defendant administered 21:00 p.m. in Indonesia, “J” clubs located in Indonesia, in the same manner as phiphones.

E. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, in the room room of the above “J” club; (b) in the beer room, the volume of scopphones.
