Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, injury, theft, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court). On June 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on August 17, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 5, 2018.

1. Around 06:30 on March 2019, the Defendant entering a house B-dong in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of theft of property. Around 06:30, the Defendant intruded into the above part of the underground warehouse of the building used by the victim D to store the pipes, etc., and intruded each of the structures managed by the victim four times in total for the purpose of theft of property, such as the list of crimes, from around that time to May 25, 2019.

From March 2019 to May 25, 2019, the Defendant, at around 06:30, stolen the victim’s property at least four times in total, as indicated in the list of offenses, from around 06:30, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a pipe 10km for air-conditioning pipes in excess of KRW 68,00,00 of the market price of the victim D owned by the victim located there; and (b) from around that time to around 07:03, May 25, 2019.
Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to theft, etc., stolen the victim's property within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
[2019 order3605] On April 22, 2019, around 08:00, the Defendant stolen two electric wires (600 metres) equivalent to 180,000 won at the market price owned by the victim F, which were kept in storage of G freight vehicles parked by the victim F.
Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to theft, etc., stolen the victim's property within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
