Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a cargo vehicle, and the victim B (the 37 years of age, the remaining) is a person who is aware of the vehicle.

On June 10, 2015, at around 16:10, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, such as spiting down three times in the face of the victim, front glass of the vehicle, and hand signals, on the ground that the victim, who was entering the two-lanes of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and front-way, was forced to take traffic accidents while overtaking the vehicle.
