1. The Defendants shall pay each of the Plaintiffs the amount of money indicated in the “personal seal” column of the attached summary sheet, and as to this, on October 201.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective entries in Gap evidence 1 to 14, 17, 28, Eul evidence 1 and 3 (including paper numbers) and the whole purport of the pleadings:
AC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AC") was registered with the KOSDAQ on November 20, 2007 as an environment-friendly agricultural pest control company through research and development of astronomical insects.
The defendant Z was the representative director or internal director of AC from April 8, 200 to November 30, 209, from December 4, 2009 to June 13, 201, and from March 27, 2007 to March 27, 2010; and from June 15, 201 to June 13, 201, the director or representative director of AC; the defendant AB was the internal director of AC from March 16, 2009 to March 28, 201.
The plaintiffs either dispose of the shares of AC after acquiring shares in the KOSDAQ market, or hold them as of the date of closing the argument of this case.
B. From around 2008, in a case where a farmer purchases a astronomical or micro-organism product, a farmer first paid his/her own share out of the product price to the supplier, and a local government vindicates the fact, the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the local government paid a certain portion of the product price to the supplier
The defendant Z and AA made a false supply contract as if they were to supply products corresponding to the total amount of self-payment and subsidies to farmers on the basis of the supply contract. In fact, the defendant Z and A made a false supply contract as if they were to supply products corresponding to the total amount of self-payment and subsidies to farmers, and submitted a false document that the farmers had paid self-payment with the funds of AC, and sold products to farmers by means of supplying only the products equivalent to the subsidies to the local government, and then the farmers did not actually bear the self-payment.
In such a way, AC is the 18th period (from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008).
