A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Chinese employee working in the factory of automobile parts located in Samsung-si, and around 2013, the defendant D(W, 33 years old) was a victim D(W, 33 years old) who is a ship of Chinese nationality through a hosting room used by Chinese people.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On April 2015 to May 5, 2015, the Defendant, who sited in a body, was installed by fixing the Defendant’s mobile phone (i.e., opphones and F) at the Defendant’s house located in the racing-si, and then taken a screen image of the Defendant’s cell phone (i.e., opphones and F) on the body of the body of the victim.

B. The Defendant: (a) distributed photographs on August 2015 to September 9, 2015 on the ground that the victim was no longer the victim himself/herself at a place where his/her name cannot be known; (b) the Defendant:

A. (1) From the video recorded as described in paragraph (1), the images that the victim sits in the room of the body of the body were sent to G’s cell phone, which is the seat of the damaged party.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera or other similar devices.
