Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 20105, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year on June 25, 2017, on the grounds that he/she violated the Assembly and Demonstration Act, as natural reserve C with interest on the whole country-wide B, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2017.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report stating the matters related thereto to the head of the competent police station 48 hours prior to the commencement of the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

However, the Defendant did not submit a report on assembly to the head of the Gwangju North Korean Police Station from D09:20 to 09:30 the same day, and posted a flas card stating “G,” and “G,” while taking part in approximately 30 members of the Korean Union, etc. on the democratic street store located in the North Korean metropolitan city, and opened an outdoor assembly by creating a relief such as “G,” and “the head of the Seo-gu Office that pressures the people of Seo-gu.”
