1. The Defendant traded the Plaintiff A and B on January 19, 2009 with respect to each of 1/3 square meters among the 202 square meters in Jindo-gu E-gu, Changwon-si.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 9, 2008, the Defendant’s husband F entered into an agreement with G (the Non-licensed Real Estate Agent’s Staff of Witness H) on the 3,226m2 with the Defendant’s husband, on the 3,226m2. The content of the said agreement is to delegate F to G the land rearrangement, such as the division of the said I’s land, and the trade of the said land to a third party.
B. Since then, on January 14, 2009, I land before the said partition is divided into land of 1,000 square meters in I, J 102 square meters in J 102 square meters and land of 1021 square meters in K 1021 square meters in lots and land of 203 square meters in lots in J 203 square meters in lots, and J land is purchased by Plaintiff A, and K 203 square meters in lots in case of land, Plaintiff B completed the registration of transfer, and Plaintiff B completed the registration of transfer, and Plaintiff F, Plaintiff A, and B completed the registration of transfer of shares in 1/3 in lots in the access land. After the division, I land is currently registered as F.
C. On January 15, 2009, Plaintiff A and B drafted a sales contract with F on the land above L, and the sales contract contains the following special terms and conditions:
1.The above parcel number shall be three co-ownership.

2.FF shares 1/3 after the next year will be succeeded by the purchaser of the first land (the FFF share amount will be prior to the payment by GC) in Jinhae-si.
Plaintiff
A and B, on January 19, 2009, entered into a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with respect to the land size of 202 square meters (hereinafter “instant real property”) in Jin-gu, Jin-gu, Changwon-si, the Defendant and the Defendant owned by the Defendant, as follows:
Matters concerning the special agreement on purchase price of KRW 21,000,000 (payment in January 19, 2009)
1. The above lot number is part of the access road to the answer on the I, J, or K parcel at the time of Jinhae.
2. It shall be established by setting up a collateral security until it is obtained as it is impossible to obtain a land transaction permit at present (less than two years of possession period).
3. When the permission is obtained after the rent, the seller shall prepare and transfer to the buyer all rights-related documents regarding the transfer of ownership; and
4. Three persons shall be joint names;
