Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2017, the Defendants, together with D and E, were dissatisfied with the victim F (F, 45 years of age), and victim G (V, 53 years of age) in Echeon-si H, E, one of the five main points of “I,” which is operated by E.W.

1. Defendant A [Violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. against the Victim F] at the main point of “I” located in Echeon-si H around August 16, 2017, at around 23:30, 2017, the victim F told the above dispute on the main point of “I”. The Defendant, upon entering one room in order to kill the victim and bring him into the passage of the victim. Defendant B [Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. to Victims (Joint Bodily Injury)] Victim G (Y, 53 years old), at around August 16, 2017, at the main point of “I” located in Echeon-si H around 23:30 on August 16, 2017, the Defendant sent the above dispute to one room for damage. However, the Defendant entered the room No. 1 together with E, and pushed the victim into the room, pushed the victim with his hand, pushed the victim at one time, and followed the victim, leading the victim to the knife, leading the victim to the knife, leading the victim to the lower part of the victim’s head.

As a result, the defendant jointly with E, caused the victim to suffer approximately 14 days of medical treatment.

3. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On August 16, 2017, the victim J (the 57-year-old) who was the offender of the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. (Joint Injury) against the Victim J was sent back to the victim’s main point of “I” located in Ischeon-si H around August 23:30, 2017, and the above dispute was sent back to the victim’s 1st time, but the Defendants were sent up to 1st time along with E.
