1. The Defendant shall in sequence indicate 4, 5, 8, 9, and 4 of the annexed drawings among the 756m2 in Incheon-gun C forest land and 756m2.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 1, 1996 with respect to the area of 1369 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).

The Defendant is the owner who completed the registration of transfer of ownership on August 18, 1998 with respect to the land of 756 square meters in Incheon-gun C, Incheon-gun (hereinafter “Defendant 1”) and 605 square meters in land of Do, Incheon-gun D, Incheon-gun (hereinafter “Defendant 2”).

B. The Plaintiff’s land is surrounded by Defendant 1’s land and another’s land.

Plaintiff

In order to pass through a public road on the land, the attached appraisal map shall be as follows: ① pass through the area of 23 square meters in the ship (A) connecting each point of the attached Form No. 4, 5, 8, 9, and 4 among Defendant 1’s land (hereinafter “A”), and ② a bridge of 3.5 meters in width (hereinafter “the instant bridge”) installed in the F Forest in Incheon Reinforcement-gun, ③ a bridge of 3.5 meters in width (hereinafter “the instant bridge”) which is installed in the F Forest in Incheon-gun, ③ a bridge of 15, 16, 31, 24, 25, 30, 29, 28, and 15 of the attached Form No. 15, among Defendant 2’s land, shall pass through the area of 58 square meters in the ship (B) connected each point of the said land (hereinafter “instant land”).

C. Since the acquisition of the Plaintiff’s land, the Plaintiff entered the instant B B B B with a contribution in accordance with the location of the instant B B, while leaving the Plaintiff’s land for farming.

The residents of the village have passed along the above passage, and the reinforcement military office installed the bridge at the location where the river is located due to flood for the convenience of the residents' passage.

The defendant 2 as a sckele had the land attached to the defendant 2, so that the defendant 2 had the sckele of the passage, and now the defendant 2's land is now in the site.
