A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 22:45 Simpo-si Simpo-si in Suwon-si; and (b) ring the way on a shooting-distance crosswalk, the Defendant: (c) discovered the victim C (a person, her life, her age, 15) and her frighted the victim to rape; and (d) followed the victim.

At around 22:47 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that the victim had no way in the vicinity of the victim's entrance into a public toilet of female female female 1 floor in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and turned out fire, set up the entrance from the toilet, and locked the entrance, and the victim turned out from the screen for the use.

잠시 후 피고인은 용변 칸에서 나오는 피해자를 다시 안으로 밀어 넣으면서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 머리를 강하게 때린 후 피해자에게 키스하였고, 이에 피해 자가 피고인의 입술을 깨물며 강하게 저항하자 피해자에게 “ 야 씨발 년 아 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴과 머리를 수회 때린 후 손으로 피해자의 목을 조른 다음 발로 피해자의 몸통을 찼다.

계속하여 피고인은 피해자의 윗옷 안으로 손을 넣어 가슴을 만진 다음 피해자의 치마를 벗기려고 하다가 지퍼가 내려가지 않자 손으로 피해자의 허리를 거쳐 허벅지 안쪽과 음부 부위를 만진 후 피고인의 성기를 피해 자의 몸에 비볐다.
