A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2020, at around 17:40, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of approximately 3.5 km from the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon to the front road located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, without a motor vehicle driver's license.

The driver's license of the defendant caused a traffic accident due to drinking driving in 2019, and the defendant has been sentenced to a fine due to a driving without license in 2008, and the defendant is disadvantageous to the defendant.

On the other hand, the fact that the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflects his mistake in depth, that the defendant again said that he would not drive without a license, and that the defendant's health status could not be better for each other is favorable to the defendant.

In addition, the sentencing factors shown in the trial process, such as the age, character and conduct, environment, occupation, family relationship, etc. of a defendant, shall be determined as per the order, comprehensively taking into account all the factors of sentencing.
