On February 5, 2017, the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving B, and was under the influence of 0.154% of alcohol concentration (blood collection) during blood around February 5, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle with approximately KRW 1.5 km up to the roads in front of the Busan-dong Agricultural Feed Burial Center near the Busan-dong department store.
