A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 16:30 on March 20, 2014 to 18:30 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s frequency business by drinking alcohol in the F frequencybook operated by the victim E in the Gyeonggi-gu World Group D, and neglecting the victim’s frequency business by force by forcing customers to enter the said frequency, and obstructing the victim’s collection business by forcing them from entering the said frequency.

2. The Defendant, who prepared the public structure and fire prevention reserve, and the obstruction of performance of official duties, had raised complaints against the arrested goods on the same grounds as that described in paragraph (1), and had the Defendant take the place to remove the goods within the H

At around 22:40 on March 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported that the Defendant carried the Habter and bre to the H box located in the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun I, and reported that “I will spath off gasoline to the body, and spath it to the body,” which was installed between the entrance door and the inner entrance of the given box and the front entrance, carried out the act by threatening the Defendant’s J to spaw off the gasoline on the floor of the building where the Defendant’s spawn and sent to the police box upon receipt of the report.

Accordingly, the defendant prepared for the purpose of interfering with legitimate execution of duties concerning the crime prevention and maintenance of order of police officers, and setting fire to a structure for public use.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Framework Act on Fire Services is forced to refrain from an act of a volunteer fire fighter called out after receiving a report on the same grounds as the date and place mentioned in paragraph (2).
