Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is operating a entertainment shop called “C” on the 3th floor of Busan B building in the Busan B building zone.
No person shall sell drinking spring water, etc., water treatment chemicals, water purifiers or their containers for the purpose of providing them for drinking, or manufacture, import, store, transport or display them for sale, or use them for other business purposes, which do not meet the standards and specifications for the types, performance, manufacturing methods, preservation methods, circulation deadline, follow-up management, etc.
Nevertheless, around 19:40 on August 19, 2015, the Defendant sealed the water purifiers at the 3rd floor of Busan B building in the establishment, “C” without any indication as to the source of water and source of water or the circulation period, etc., and sealed them in a white bottle with a white bottle with a 0.5 liter of plastic container, which is attached only to “brupt and clean” without any indication as to the source of water and source of water in the establishment, and then displayed them in the cooling box to provide them as raw water to the customers who ordered alcoholic beverages.
