The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the court below's imprisonment (eight months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is reasonable in light of the following factors: (a) the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case in favor of the defendant; (b) the defendant did not reach an agreement with the victim or fail to return the money by deception until the trial is held; (c) the defendant had the same record as six times; (d) the court below has already determined the punishment by fully taking into account the above circumstances; and (e) there was no change of circumstances that could vary between the court below and the punishment; and (e) other factors such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, intelligence and environment, relationship with the victim, motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case, and the following circumstances

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
