1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 203,822,255 as well as 20% per annum from September 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff, from May 2002 to May 2002, was engaged in work with the Defendants, and the Plaintiff was to live together with the Defendants, but the Defendants did not prepare the said house, and the Defendants agreed to receive KRW 150 million from the Defendants to the end of February 2012 in lieu of the said house. The Plaintiff agreed to receive KRW 65,966,346 from the Defendants separately from the said agreement. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff was a person who received KRW 12,144,091 from the Defendants during February 2012.

Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 203,822,255 won (150,000,000 won - 12,14,091 won - 65,966,346 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from September 18, 2015 to the date of full payment after the maturity of the instant judgment that the Plaintiff seeks.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all.
