A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on September 2, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 30, 201.

The Defendant is a person who had livedd with the victim C from January 2009 to October 201.

1. On December 208, 2008, the defrauded made a false statement to the victim who became aware of by phone call through the Internet patrol group and received money from the victim, even if he/she did not have the intent or ability to repay the money, and thereby, he/she acquired the amount of money equivalent to KRW 276,395,547 in total seven times from that time to March 201, including by receiving five million won from the victim under the name of borrowed money from the victim, although he/she did not have any intent or ability to repay the money from the victim.

2. On March 201, 2010, the Defendant, at the victim’s house located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, 1609, 709, to put passbooks, seals, precious metals, and other important articles into and keep them jointly, and at his/her own discretion, one 18K mold, which is owned by the victim who is kept in the above safe, by the victim;

In other words, they stolen them.

3. On May 201, 201, the Defendant assaulted the victim at around 23:00, at the place specified in paragraph (2) at around 23:00, when the victim was paid a credit card loan to the Defendant and was not paid a credit card loan to the Defendant, thereby resisting the fact that the victim was subject to provisional attachment at the victim’s house.
