The defendant is not guilty, and the summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On September 24, 2018, the Defendant suffered injury by special assault: (a) around 20:45, at the house of the Defendant located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim C (the age of 38) who died of the said house tenant, and his/her father’s father’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son

As a result, the defendant committed violence to the victim with dangerous objects, and caused the victim to suffer an injury.

B. A special injury: (a) the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph (1) and at the time and place, went back to several times with the death of the victim D (n, 64 years old), which is an object dangerous to the Defendant; and (b) caused injury to the victim, such as salt ties and sprinks on the left side of the complete part in need of treatment for about three weeks.

As a result, the defendant injured the victim by dangerous things.

2. Summary of the defendant and his defense counsel's assertion

A. The Defendant prices the head of the Victim C at one time with the death of the Defendant, and recognizes the fact that the Defendant sold the Victim D once.

However, there is no fact that the victims were several times more than once recognized by the defendant, and due to the defendant's action, the victim C did not have any injury, such as a duplicating or closing of two cages.

B. At the time, the Defendant: (a) reported the situation that the victim C wishes to take the Defendant’s bath to his/her father; and (b) did so to prevent this from doing so, this constitutes excessive self-defense or excessive defense.

3. Results of the jury verdict.
