Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells the 'C' mutually in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. A person who intends to possess swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electroshock weapons, or crossbows without permission shall obtain permission from the chief of a police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Public Administration and Security;

Nevertheless, the Defendant possessed 2 knife knife (8cm in length) purchased 6,000 won from a person who was not aware of his name from the store operated by the Defendant from the date of the fire to June 16, 200, without permission, from the store operated by the Defendant.

2. A person who intends to sell guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electroshock weapons, or crossbows without permission shall obtain permission for each sales office from the commissioner of a district police agency having jurisdiction over the location of the sales office, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior, and shall not sell guns, swords, explosives, gas sprayers, electroshock weapons, or crossbows unless he/she obtains the permission therefor;

Nevertheless, around 16:00 on June 26, 2020, the Defendant displayed and sold two swords specified in paragraph (1) at the stores operated by the above Defendant for the purpose of sale.
