1. 경범죄처벌법위반(관공서주취소란) 피고인은 2019. 1. 28. 06:27경 수원시 팔달구 B에 있는 수원서부경찰서 C지구대에서 피고인의 재물손괴 혐의에 대한 경찰관의 진술서 작성 요구에 응하지 않고 그대로 귀가를 하는 과정에서 술에 취한 상태로 “좆같은 씨발같은 소리 하고 있네, 너네 죽여버릴거야”라고 큰 소리로 말하고 위 지구대 출입문을 3회에 걸쳐 발로 찼다.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 1. 28. 06:39경 제1항 기재와 같은 장소에서 제1항과 같은 사유로 현행범인으로 체포되어 수원서부경찰서 C지구대 소속 순경 D으로부터 음주측정을 요구받자 “내가 이걸 왜 불어야 하냐”라고 말하며 왼 발로 D의 우측 가슴 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

From around 06:27 to 06:57 on January 28, 2019, the Defendant insultd the victim F, who was a police officer, by saying, “Is the victim F, a police officer, bit of bitch bitom, bitch bitom, and Korean police officer, only sick people, knife, knife, knife, and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife,” openly insulting the victim.
