A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On March 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:23, around March 30, 2019, entered the victim C’s residence in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by reporting that the entrance door of the container in which the victim resides is opened; and (b) stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 950,000, which was located therein using a cresh in the cresh; and (c) around 03:20, March 30, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s house located in the shopping mall of the building, “D”, with a view to finding one gold bar in the victim’s E-Swinb in the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the shopping mall of the building.
B. On July 28, 2019, around 04:00 on July 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went into a place indicated in paragraph (1) at around 04:0; (b) reported the opening of a residential container in which the said victim resides; and (c) abused the container; and (d) 100 vinyls contained in a verification plastic bag, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 15,00,000, in which the victim was locked, and stolen them.
C. From July 10, 2019 to August 14, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 128,000 in total over ten times from July 10, 2019 to August 14, 2019, the Defendant, without the victim’s permission, in the “F cafeteria” located in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as indicated in the list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victims' property.
2. At around 14:10 on June 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance door and intruded without permission in the space in which the victim I reside; (b) on the first floor of the middle-gu Howon-gu, Sungnam-gu, Honam-gu; and (c)
Accordingly, the defendant infringed upon another person's residence.
3. Larceny;
A. On June 13, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at the time and place specified in paragraph (2).
