1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the term "the lease deposit amount of KRW 85 million" in Part 2, 15 of the judgment of the court of first instance is "the lease deposit of KRW 65 million", (b) the term "Real Estate Brokerage Act" in Part 2, 18 is "the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act", and (c) Part 4, 4 is the same as the statement of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case's modification to an "small river," and (d) the same as the statement of the reasons for the judgment

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified with this conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
