Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim’s face at around 190, a 38-gilh, Tang, Tri sube, 502 underground parking lots of 502 apartment buildings, which led to parking problems in the victim B (38 years of age) and Si expenses, and was tightly booming the victim’s body and drinking at one time the victim’s face.
