On June 20, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.160% on blood alcohol content on June 23:36, 2013, and the Defendant was driving at the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Masan-dong 4 from the Masan-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, up to approximately 5 km on the street front of the Mayangwawa-dong, 93.
