A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was living together with the victim C (nives, 38 years of age) and his/her family relationship.

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, etc.) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) above, and on the same ground, threatened the victim with the kitchen knife (the total length of 29cc and the knife length of 17.5cm), which is a dangerous thing, and thereby threatening the victim’s vessel as a knife, stating that “the victim will throw away the dead body next to the dead body.”
