[Criminal Power] On January 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the above punishment on August 13, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

1. 3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2019. 2. 6. 17:50경 위 1.항과 같은 장소에서 여성손님이 행패를 부린다는 112신고를 접수하고 현장에 출동한 인천중부경찰서 F지구대 소속 경장 G 등이 피고인에게 위 주점에서 행패를 부리는 것을 멈추고 나갈 것을 종용하자 갑자기 “짭새 개새끼들아, 저리 꺼져”라며 테이블 위에 있던 추어탕을 경장 G의 얼굴을 향해 집어던지고, 계속하여 같은 날 17:55경 위 업소 앞 노상에서 업무방해, 공무집행방해 등 혐의로 현행범인 체포되어 순찰차 앞으로 이동하던 중 순찰차에 타기 싫다며 위 지구대 소속 출동 경찰관 경장 H의 왼쪽 손등과 오른쪽 정강이를 발로 수차례 때렸다.
