1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,156,410 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 12% per annum from June 12, 2015 to August 19, 2015.

Each fact described in the cause of the claim shall not be disputed between the parties.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of 21,156,410 won (=(10,933,621 won by subrogation of the Korean bank) - total of 314,860 won by subrogation (i.e., 204,290 won by subrogation of the Korean bank) and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from June 12, 2015, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case from June 19, 2015, until August 19, 2015, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment, 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
