1. Of the judgment of the first instance, with respect to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant), KRW 4,414,117 against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and the said money.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relevant Plaintiff is a non-profit medical corporation that establishes and operates a medical institution and conducts research and development on health and medical services (hereinafter “Plaintiff hospital”), and operates the hospital in Ansan-si C (hereinafter “the deceased”). E (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a patient who was hospitalized in the Plaintiff hospital from October 6, 2007 to December 9, 2014; and from December 30, 2014 to April 17, 2015 and died on April 28, 2015.
B. At the time of hospitalization of the Plaintiff hospital, the Deceased’s condition and the occurrence of an abortion occurred; (i) disease, such as madarosis, salutism, chronitis, vertebrate, spine digging, and dementia, etc.; and (ii) the Deceased was able to see a change in the toilet that he/she should receive supervision or assistance from the nursing staff due to the elderly’s age; (ii) on December 9, 2014, the Deceased was seated in the toilet due to the care of the nursing staff; and (iii) he/she was laid down in the toilet due to a sudden change in the toilet; and (iv) he/she was out of the toilet to the other room
(3) In the instant accident, the Deceased transferred to a F Hospital due to injuries, such as a stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke stoke s topher, etc. on December 11, 2014, and on December 29, 2014, the Deceased was hospitalized in the said hospital again on December 30, 2014. The Deceased’s death and inheritance relations were re-hospitalized at the said F Hospital on April 28, 2015, and died of a stoke stoke stoke s top stoke s top stoke s top stoke s top s top s top.
In each of the above wards, toilets used by inpatientss are available.
