1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 364,094,404 and the interest rate thereon from October 17, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. The indication of the claim refers to the supply of industrial gas to Defendant Substitute Gas Co., Ltd., and Defendant A jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation of Defendant Substitute Gas Co., Ltd. to the Plaintiff due to the above supply.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff supplied the industrial gas equivalent to KRW 402,094,404 in total until July 15, 2014 to Defendant Substitute Gas Co., Ltd., and received reimbursement of KRW 38,000,000 out of the total amount of goods.

Therefore, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the remainder of the goods price to the plaintiff KRW 364,094,404 and damages for delay.
