The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just in holding the Defendants not guilty of the charges of this case (including the ancillary charges added at the court below) on the grounds stated in its reasoning on the ground that it did not prove a crime or did not constitute a crime. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the grounds for excluding illegality under Article 310 of the Criminal Act, Article 309 of the Criminal Act, and Article 70 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
