Defendants are not guilty. The summary of each judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. While Defendant A, a planning real estate business entity G and H had been working for real estate sale and purchase at the planning real estate business entity G and H, Defendant A became aware of I around the end of 2006 and was invested in the planned real estate from I.
