A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 1, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Southern District Court on April 9, 2013.

On June 20, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 08:53 on June 20, 2013, driven a car by AC and driving the car on the road front of a schosome 148-7, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.
