Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2017, the Defendant driven a cub motor vehicle to C in the Daegu-dong Busan-do Busan-do Busan-do-based expressway, and driven the cub motor vehicle to the end of the two-lane on the road prior to the smuggling, and caused the ecco zone driven by the victim D in the first lane to be driven by the victim D due to the event, the ecco zone, which is driven by the victim D, makes the 1k-meter change in the one lane, and immediately stop without any obstacle on the road to stop the vehicle in the future of the victim. The Defendant avoided the change to the two-lanes depending on the victim who changed to the two-lane, and suspended the vehicle in the front of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.
