A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 5, 2015, the Defendant illegally used air honobly, the Defendant: (a) attached the front number plate due to the delinquency in payment of automobile tax in the parking site for urban public development (ju), located in the city-based city, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu; (b) attached a D number plate removed from the passenger car owned by the workplace C, a work partner; and (c) unlawfully used the air hobing D number plate.

2. The Defendant, who illegally used official marks, exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used by operating a wing van with D number plates attached from the time of the date specified in paragraph (1) to January 3, 2016, from the day of the day of the Incheon City’s day to the day of January 3, 2016.
